Over the past couple of months I have begun to recognize the importance of self-care.  With college starting back up and my extracurriculars filling my schedule, it has been easy to become overwhelmed.  Life is stressful, and doing little things can make all the difference.  I’ve constructed a master list of coping mechanisms for different situations, each that can be easily implemented in daily life.
